Ferrari Portofino is an entry-level sports car by Ferrari India. If you can call a 600Ps from V8 engine, front engined grand tourer costing more than Rs 3.50 cr ex-showroom. Ferrari Portofino is replacing Ferrari California T. This is powered by a 4.0-Litre Twin-Turbocharged V8 Petrol engine punching out 600Ps / 592BHP of power and 760Nm of torque going to the rear wheels only via 7-Speed Dual Clutch Automatic Transmission. Despite being an entry-level sports car in Ferrari lineup of cars in India, its performance figures doesn’t reflect that as from 0-100kmph can be achieved in 3.5sec with right foot buried completely it will do a 320kmph top speed. This comes with a hard top roof mechanism which can be stored away in rear luggage space while travelling upto the speed of 50kmph. Ferrari Portofino Features 

Ferrari Portofino comes with a pair of full LED automatic headlight setup with LED daytime running lamps as standard whereas there is an option to upgrade to a pair of adaptive LED headlights with auto high beam assist which when spec with the front nose lifter - can adjust the height of head light lamp automatically. Front end of the car has been given a complete revamp, it looks like an out all-new car with an updated front grill and front bumper. This sharp crease line gives us a glimpse of updated design language Ferrari designers have adopted for the new and upcoming refresh models. Front mid-mounted V8 engine, need a lot of air for internal combustion and since this premium sports car is producing 600PS, the engine bay gets very hot very quickly hence the front air intake has been designed in a way to provide ample air to cool down the engine bay. Side profile retains the beautiful silhouette of a grand tourer and this is one of the convertible which doesn’t lose its proportion once the roof is stowed away in the rear boot. Measuring at 398mm Dual Ventilated Ceramic Disc setup up front with 6-Piston lightweight caliper where 360mm dual ventilated disc brake with 4-Piston calipers doing its job over the rear axle. Rear profile features a pair of circular LED tail light rings with integrated reversing light. Boot lid area is flat and classy features a 210-litres of boot space when metal roof is put in place and boot space has been shrunken to quite offer not much luggage space whatsoever when metal roof is stowed in the boot space.
