Yes any car which is purchased from BIG BOY TOYZ will have Pan India assistance. In case your car is due with service you just need to call your designated sales manager and he would arrange regular car service cost break up sheet as per your car variant and model after we receive 50% advance for the service cost. Our team will fly down with all the required equipment's/gadgets to service your car at your doorstep. Before the date of expiry of your existing insurance you will automatically get a call from our sales manager along with a renewal quote with best of the discounts possible with maximum risk coverage and fast claim procedures and car inspection Pan India.

Yes. Brand-new and demo cars come with the manufacturer’s warranty. In rare cases where a company warranty isn’t available, BBT provides a 6-month warranty on the engine and transmission. We replace and not repair any components under this warranty. You may also extend the BBT warranty by an additional 6 or 12 months.

Yes. We specialize in sourcing specific models, colors or registration states. Our procurement team works for up to 45 days to find options matching your requirements. If none of the options suit you, your booking amount is 100% refundable.

Due to varying state-wise RTO processes, we require up to 90 days to complete the RC transfer in your name.

Yes, as long as the vehicle complies with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Vehicles staying in a new state for more than 12 months require re-registration, for which an NOC from the original RTO is needed. With state policies evolving and borders becoming more flexible, most out-of-state cars can be driven legally until re-registration is required.

Yes, you’re welcome to visit any BBT showroom between 10 AM and 08 PM, all days. To reserve a car and take a test drive, you may:

• Pay ₹2,00,000 to reserve the car for 24 hours, then pay 10% within the next 24 hours
  or
• Directly pay 10% of the car’s value and complete payment within 7 days

If you don’t proceed after the test drive and inspection, the booking amount is refunded within 60 days.

We facilitate the complete transfer legally through a rental agreement and your permanent address proof. No additional road tax is required, and the RC transfer is completed within 60 to 90 days after full payment. The updated RC is then couriered to your address via fast-track service.

Every car sold by BBT comes with 151 check points where a complete dedicated after sales team is on floor to make sure that the vehicle comes with complete track records and everything is functional. Before you purchase a car from BBT, our sales consultant will review with you a Check-List report from our after-sales team and VIN-No for the car by which you can get the complete track record and previous service history checked from the authorized car dealership. There are few cars which comes with previous dealership warranty valid on it so those cars get serviced at their respective dealership only. Those cars which are out of warranty gets complete service assistance at BBT-Workshop with assistance to its reach over Pan-India.

Customer's booking amount is 100% refundable in case the deal doesn't happen for any reason. We don't keep advances as this helps our customer's trust us more and be open for future transaction without any hesitation.

Yes we do offer buy back assurance on vehicles sold by BBT which are above 2010 model and driven less than 30,000kms. Buy Back Policy for Sedan/SUV: Drive the car for 15,000 km or 1 year. We will take the car back from you at 25% depreciation Buy Back Policy Sports/Coupe/Convertible: Drive the car for 5,000 km or 1 year. We will take the car back from you at 25% depreciation

To book your vehicle we need a 10% of the booking amount which can be done via RTGS. After the booking amount is paid you have 7 days to complete the remaining payment. Once the booking amount is paid, you can take a test drive of the car. In case you are not satisfied with your choice the booking amount is 100% refundable within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The car will be ready for delivery once the total amount is payed.

Capturing pictures and videos from your personal cellphone or an Ipad is permitted. Professional shooting equipment's, professional cameras and video vlogging are not permitted. However, we at BBT have our dedicated media day on every Saturday in which you can first seek permission through email by our marketing team and then come and display your photography skills.

We do not have a dedicated body shop where we manufacture body kits and accessories but we do offer services where we can help source an after-market body kit or alloys which can be installed by our after sales team. We offer leather upgrade in terms of seats and interior where you can choose the interior color of your choice and we can help tailor-made for you.

We are focusing on the niche market as of now. It's very tough to find low mileage and top notch quality standard cars in this segment. Hence, we generally avoid this segment. However, fewer times excellent quality standards cross our eye and we make sure to invest in them. For instance, cars like 2018- 19 C class /Mercedes E- Class / 5 series.

As of now we do not have an app. Yes! Our team is working on the same. We had imported cars in the past, as they were very less or no luxury car showrooms available in India. But today, we have almost all the luxury car showrooms therefore it doesn't make any sense to import. Indian duty structure does not favor as much, we are talking about 200%+!! Back then, we have imported X6 before BMW India, almost 90% of Maserati's and Lexus

We can't negotiate on the Car's price because we don't negotiate on the quality of our product. There is no point inflating the car's price and further putting it down. Negotiation will always remain a hindrance between buyer and seller to develop a trust or relationship for further business. In case we negotiate, we can't go down on a certain benchmark price therefore we post the final prices on our website which is final for all the customers.

In most of the pre-owned car dealership, people don't provide warranties, and we do it just to make sure the customer can trust us with the product quality. We provide warranty on engine and transmission, where clutch is covered even though it's a wear and tear item and very expensive too. You will not get it covered even in a brand new car from the company.
